Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how you can pay for your order at WearNuvix (wearnuvix.com) and how charges, discounts and refunds are handled.

Accepted payment methods

Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express

All available options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant and encrypted. We never see or store your full card number.

Currency

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If your local currency is shown at checkout, the amount you see is the amount you will be charged. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. Because every item is printed on demand, production starts shortly after purchase. You can cancel within 15 minutes of ordering for a full refund — after that the order goes into production.

Taxes and duties

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; see our Shipping Policy.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes are entered at checkout and can each be used once per customer. Automatic promotions are applied for you in the cart — no code needed. Current offers: Buy 2, save 10%; Buy 3, save 15%; Buy 4+, save 20%.

Declined or flagged payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address or try another method. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors; if we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post the credit. See our Refund Policy for details.
